These terms govern your use of BuyGenix Solutions platform and all membership services. Please read them carefully before purchasing a membership or using our services.
By accessing the BuyGenix Solutions website, registering for a membership, or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the member or user) and BuyGenix Solutions, a business entity operating from Delhi, India.
BuyGenix Solutions provides the following services to registered members:
The specific services included in your membership depend on the plan you have purchased. Refer to the membership plan details on our website for a full breakdown.
Memberships are available in Starter, Growth, Professional, and Enterprise tiers. Prices, features, and durations are as published on the BuyGenix website at the time of purchase.
Membership fees are payable in advance in full for a 12-month period. Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, UPI, and online payment gateway. Membership is activated only upon receipt of cleared payment.
Memberships do not auto-renew. You will receive a renewal reminder from your Relationship Manager at least 30 days before expiry. Renewal is subject to then-current pricing.
BuyGenix Solutions reserves the right to change membership prices at any time. Any price change will not affect your current prepaid membership period. Renewal will be at the then-current price.
Leads are delivered via WhatsApp and email as specified in your plan. We aim to deliver leads within 7–30 days of account activation and profile setup, subject to lead availability in your product category.
All leads are manually verified by our team before delivery. However, BuyGenix Solutions does not guarantee that any buyer lead will result in a completed transaction, as buyer decisions are beyond our control.
The number of leads stated in each plan is a target for the 12-month membership period. Leads are delivered progressively throughout the year. If the full lead count cannot be delivered due to low availability in your specific category, unused leads will be carried forward to the next renewal period.
Leads are not exclusive unless specifically agreed in writing. The same buyer enquiry may be shared with other members in the same or different product categories where relevant.
BuyGenix Solutions operates a no-refund policy on membership fees once the membership has been activated and onboarding has commenced. This includes cases where:
If BuyGenix Solutions fails to deliver any leads or initiate any services within 60 days of membership activation and onboarding completion, the member may request a partial or full refund by contacting us in writing. Refunds in such cases are at the sole discretion of BuyGenix Solutions management.

Our total liability in any dispute is limited to the membership fee paid in the relevant period.
All buyer lead information provided to members is confidential and may only be used for direct business communication with those buyers. Members must not share, publish, or sell lead information. BuyGenix Solutions will keep your business information confidential as described in our Privacy Policy.
BuyGenix Solutions operates a referral commission programme. Members who successfully refer a new paying member may be eligible for a commission as communicated by their Relationship Manager. Commission terms, amounts, and payment timelines are at the sole discretion of BuyGenix Solutions and may change without notice.
BuyGenix Solutions reserves the right to terminate a membership with immediate effect if the member breaches any of these Terms and Conditions, provides false information, misuses buyer lead information, or engages in fraudulent or illegal activity. In cases of termination for cause, no refund will be issued.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi, India.
BuyGenix Solutions reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to active members via email at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of our services after such notice constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

BuyGenix Solutions offers professional setup assistance for third-party payment gateways as an add-on service. We are not a bank, NBFC, payment aggregator, or licensed financial institution. Our role is strictly limited to technical and administrative setup support.
Our service covers integration, configuration, and handover of third-party payment gateways (such as Razorpay, PayU, Cashfree, Stripe, or any provider selected by the client). We have no ownership or control over these platforms, their infrastructure, or fund management.
The fee charged is solely for professional setup services — not for payment processing. It is a one-time, non-refundable charge once work has commenced.
Upon handover, all responsibilities for payment processing, refunds, chargebacks, fraud, KYC compliance, data security, and regulatory compliance are solely the liability of the respective payment gateway provider and the client. BuyGenix Solutions bears no liability for any issues arising post-setup.
The client must independently read and accept the payment gateway provider's terms, complete their own KYC and compliance requirements, and ensure their business activities comply with all applicable laws and the provider's acceptable use policy.
The client agrees to indemnify BuyGenix Solutions and its directors, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, or liabilities arising from payment gateway transactions, regulatory actions, chargebacks, or breaches of the gateway provider's terms.
For any issues related to payment processing, refunds, or transaction disputes, clients must contact their respective payment gateway provider's customer care directly. BuyGenix Solutions is not a party to payment disputes between clients and gateway providers.
