What is an RCMC?
Under the Foreign Trade Policy, exporters who want to claim benefits such as Advance Authorisation or EPCG must be registered with the relevant export promotion council. The council issues an RCMC, which records your membership, products and exporter category.
When should you register with FIEO?
- You export many unrelated products, as a merchant or trading exporter
