What you'll typically need
Each registration has its own checklist, but most start with the same core documents. For an individual or proprietorship this usually means:
- PAN card of the owner or business
- Proof of business address
- Bank statement or cancelled cheque
- Aadhaar card of the authorised signatory
- Passport-size photograph
- Business registration certificate (if any)
- Authorisation letter (companies and firms)
- Digital Signature Certificate (companies)
