How long does a membership last?
Every plan runs for 365 days from activation.
What does a lead credit unlock?
One lead credit opens one buyer's full contact: name, mobile number and email. Starter includes 5 credits a month, Growth 10, Professional 15 and Enterprise 30. Unused credits do not carry over to the next month.
Can I see buyer leads before I buy a plan?
Yes. Product, quantity and buyer location are free to browse on the Buyers and Buy Lead Search pages. Contact details need a membership.
How many sellers get the same lead?
Each lead is shared with at most 5 sellers, so buyers receive a few serious quotes.
How are buyer leads delivered?
Leads are shared with you on WhatsApp and email, and they also appear in your client portal.
Is the payment secure?
Payments are processed securely by Razorpay, and Razorpay emails your receipt, and the price shown is plus 18% GST.
My business is outside India. Can I join?
Yes. BuyGenix serves suppliers, manufacturers and exporters in every country. Choose the Global plans tab on this page: they are billed in US dollars and include buyer contacts, a dedicated Relationship Manager, a website and SEO. The IEC, GST and MSME registrations in the India plans are for businesses in India.
Can I upgrade my plan later?
Yes. Talk to your Relationship Manager and they will move you to the plan you need.
What are member tools?
Member tools are included with every plan: an export document pack (proforma invoice, commercial invoice, packing list and certificate of origin draft), a quotation maker with your saved price sheet, ready buyer replies and a demand tracker for your products. Members open them from the client portal or at Member tools.
