Exporters use it to file or track shipping bills, check the status of IGST refunds and duty drawback, register bank accounts for refunds and pay customs duty online. Registration is free and needs your IEC, PAN, contact details and a digital signature for some services.

Who should register
Every IEC holder who exports or imports regularly should register, even if a customs broker files the shipping bills. It is the easiest way to see the status of your own refunds and shipments.

- IEC and PAN of the business
- Email address and mobile number of the authorised person
- Digital signature certificate (DSC) for services that need signing
- Bank details and AD code, for refund-related services
