RCMC क्या है और क्यों ज़रूरी है
RCMC (Registration-cum-Membership Certificate) बताता है कि आपका business आपके product की Export Promotion Council (EPC) या Commodity Board का registered member है। कई DGFT benefits, duty concessions और export incentive schemes के लिए valid RCMC पहली शर्त है। Council के buyer-seller meets और trade fairs में हिस्सा लेने के लिए भी RCMC काम आता है।
अपने product के लिए सही council कैसे चुनें
India में कई product-specific councils और boards हैं, जैसे agricultural और processed food के लिए APEDA, spices के लिए Spices Board, Tea Board और Coffee Board, marine products के लिए MPEDA, और engineering goods के लिए EEPC India। अगर आपका product किसी commodity board में नहीं आता, तो FIEO general exporters के लिए council है। सही council चुनना ज़रूरी है, क्योंकि गलत body का RCMC आपके product की scheme benefits के लिए मान्य नहीं हो सकता। देखिए commodity boards और sector EPCs।
RCMC के लिए ज़रूरी documents
- Valid IEC certificate (देखिए IEC code कैसे बनाएं)
- Business का PAN card
- Business registration proof (Certificate of Incorporation, Partnership Deed या GST registration)
- Bank certificate या cancelled cheque
- Export होने वाले products का self-certified declaration
- Business address proof
RCMC application का process
- अपने product category के लिए सही Export Promotion Council या Commodity Board पहचानिए।
- उस council के portal पर (या FIEO और कई अन्य bodies के लिए DGFT के common RCMC portal पर) IEC और business documents के साथ online apply कीजिए।
- Membership और registration fee दीजिए, जो council और turnover slab के हिसाब से अलग होती है।
- Verification के बाद council RCMC जारी करती है, जिसमें आपकी registered product categories लिखी होती हैं।
RCMC validity और renewal
ज़्यादातर RCMC पांच financial years के लिए valid होते हैं, फिर renew करना होता है। अगर आपकी product range नई category में बढ़ती है, तो renewal का इंतज़ार किए बिना वो category अपने RCMC में जुड़वा लीजिए।
